Music will not play on our Smilebox greetings at the receiver end. The music worked fine until yesterday, 4/15/13. Now the music only plays a few notes and then cuts off. When We are on the Smilebox Greeting website the music works fine. Then when the recipient gets the greeting the music only plays a few notes and then cuts off. We emailed Smilebox and they replied that it is a problem with Adobe Flash Player. Can you help????????
