This last week or so I keep getting a message pop up saying Abode Flash Player Update Service 11.6 r602 stopped working. I performed a system restore back 3 weeks but still got the message, I have uninstalled this now but still getting the message how can i stop it, i am not very pc minded so an easy abc instruction would be much appreciated. Please help I am running vista Home premium 32bit and ie 7. Thank you
